According to the Hubble theory, the universe is constantly expanding. I believe that we are only in harmony with the universe when we too are expanding into the best version of ourselves.
My life motto is a line from Tennyson’s poem, Ulysses: “follow knowledge like a sinking star . . . [and] be strong in will/ to strive, to seek, to find and not to yield”.
The Stellar Life Project is fuelled in part by my desire to share what I have learned along the way about entrepreneurship, business, health and being human and in part by my desire to never yield in my efforts to continue growing and learning.
Launching this project means learning to embrace vulnerability. Or at least accept it. To send my writing and my videos out into cyberspace goes against my perfectionist tendencies and even as I write this, my ego is having a minor melt down in the corner!
Launching this project also meant learning to build a website and a few other technical skills required for the project.
But when I answered the Big Question from Dr. Hendrick's book, The Big Leap (click here to watch that video), I knew I had to do this.
When I felt doubt and fear about publishing this blog and the corresponding vlog, and whether or not I had the patience to learn how to set up a website, I circled back to that Big Question and the Wonder Questions (click here to learn more about the Wonder Questions and Wonder Question Wednesdays).
Grounding my decision in my answer to those question gives me courage. I believe they can do the same for you. That's why I am sharing!
I do not want to let fear of judgement and failure stop me from stepping into my best self and I don't want it to stop you either! It is possible to overcome limiting beliefs and perfectionism. But first, you must choose to expand. Are you ready? Let's do this together!
